This was me, last July. 224 lbs. By October, I decided that I was consuming too much alcohol, so I gave up all forms of hard liquor. I knew it wasn't good for me, and my blood sugars were running too high. Then in January, I threw away the crutch I was still using and gave up beer! Alcohol free since then. Not one sip! Still 224 lbs!
So I decided to start the carnivore diet. Only eating meat, eggs, and cheese. As I began doing this, I started taking Transform, also. After a couple of weeks, I was losing weight so fast that I stopped taking Transform. As I write this today, July 15, 2025, and for the past 3 weeks I have weighed 174 lbs! This diet is freaky hard to stick with if you don't have the right frame of mind. Almost no carbs to speak of. I set a goal of 20 carbs a day and stick to it. Most bread has more carbs than that, per slice. Most importantly, my blood sugars are down a lot to around 100. I am nearly off all my diabetes medication! I feel so much better. I am currently in Wyoming, looking after my 94-year-old dad. We are having a great time and working on building our TM3 businesses.
TM3 is the most wonderful company to be a part of. The people are great and full of encouragement. Their products are really awesome. Dad loves the Cake Batter meal replacement shake and the Greens. He uses a lot of the Silver Gel and Relief cream. Hydration and energy are regulars in our days as well.
